2  Use of your personal data

Your privacy is very important to us and we are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
This privacy statement explains how we use the personal data we collect when you
a) visit the public pages of our websites.
b) contact us by telephone, email, web form or e-shop.

a) Visiting the public pages of our websites
When you access the public pages of our websites, i.e. content that can be viewed without you being logged in to our site, we will only collect and process non-sensitive information about you. However, we will process your personal data to the extent necessary to provide you with the public content you request, for example to format it for your browser. However, we also process your personal data because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our websites and measuring the reach of different types of content. To do this, we use:
IP addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer - similar to a telephone number, through which communication is possible. Pregnolia collects IP addresses for security purposes and to provide aggregate information for site usage analysis and performance testing. The IP address of your device is stored pseudonymously by the web server and cannot be traced back to you.
Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your system by our web server. Our cookies are generally only used for the duration of your visit in order to measure visitor frequency. We also use cookies to improve the user experience, for example to save your language preferences.   You can check your cookie settings via your browser at any time and delete or disable them. However, this means that the settings you have made for a website are lost.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To disable Google Analytics, Google offers a browser plug-in at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. Google Analytics uses cookies. These enable an analysis of the use of our website by Google. The information collected by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.   Please note that Google Analytics on this website has been supplemented with the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). If anonymisation is active, Google will truncate IP addresses within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, so that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the Privacy Shield Agreement and is registered with the U.S. Department of Commerce Privacy Shield Program and uses the information collected to evaluate and report on the use of our websites and to provide us with other related services. For more information, please visit https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.

b) Contact by telephone, email, web form or e-shop
If you contact us by telephone, e-mail, web form or e-shop, we will process your contact details and the personal data you provide. We only process this information to the extent necessary to respond to your request and delete it when it is no longer required as evidence, unless you have authorised us to use your data for other purposes in accordance with the relevant explicit consent.

3  Security

Pregnolia takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

4  Recipient of the information

Pregnolia discloses your personal information with your consent to the extent necessary for the purposes described above, as required by applicable law, court order or government regulation. Pregnolia uses internal and external vendors, for example, to operate and maintain IT systems or to process business transactions, such as providing customer services or sending communications. In all these cases, unencrypted access to data is limited to those who need to know it.
Pregnolia will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

5  Your rights and exercising your rights

You may, as foreseen under applicable data protection law:

- Request information about your personal data processed by us, obtain a copy of such data and have inaccurate data corrected or completed;

- Have your personal data erased or have its processing restricted. The data we hold will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its intended purpose and if deletion does not violate any legal obligations to keep records.

- receive the personal data you have provided to us in the context of a contract or consent in a structured, customary, and machine-readable form, insofar as the legal requirements are met.

- object to any of our lawful interest-based processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If you are not satisfied with the way Pregnolia handles your data or responds to your requests, you can also contact a competent data protection authority in your country of residence.

6  Children’s privacy

Our websites are aimed at adults. The knowing and intentional collection of personal data from children without the prior consent of their legal representative is expressly excluded. This must be available in verifiable form.
